It’s been a week and three days since I started eating #ketogenic! After a few low energy days around Day 3-5 I feel great now! Lost 7 lbs so far and keeping track of my macros with #sparkpeople ! Feels strange to eat so much fat but I’ve really had no cravings for sugar or for carbs… this really shocks me!! I needed to make a change!
